Sunny here and 58. Larry and I are going to get air in the bike tires and then go to the bike trail.
We don't have 1 speed bikes anymore so it should be easy to do the 4 miles each way, except for those bike seats! 
Taking my camera with me as they have this wooden cutout there you can stick your head in and take a picture.
Will see how it goes. 
Not a good picture but I was playing with the timer on the camera yesterday. The wind blew all my curls out!

Wow! Going to be a definite learning curve trying to use this now.
Time to get outside and help seal the driveway then go for a walk and then the post office.

Elita went with Chris and his parents to a home they have in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. She will only be there from Wed. to this coming Sat. morning, then back to Columbus to see one of her girlfriends from high school at Ohio State University who starts school today, then the Go Bus to Athens, OH so she can start school Aug. 26th.
Hoping she sends me some more pictures before it's over but here are 2. She said it was 90 yesterday!
She said they will be going to the beach this afternoon so she is going to need that sunscreen with that sub-tropical sun!
Got some yardwork done today and put 2 portable electric heaters on the sidewalk with a FREE sign. They didn't last 10 mins.! This guy pulled up and said he had been thinking how he was going to heat this spare room in his house so he took them. Worked for me!

Having a wonderful Saturday today. Went and ran some short errands and bought a BBQ'd chicken from this guy who cooks BBQ in the lot near Rural King. It was $12 but is a big chicken. It smells so good! Will have some dinner and put Larry's in the fridge as he is on availability this weekend and may not get home till 8 pm tonight. 
Need to cut the front yard and then maybe a short nap before I watch some cooking shows. Sooooo nice not to have to work weekends any more! 
Following some of the never ending power usurping by Nobama. Now he wants to tax our cell phones to pay for school internet. So now he can spy and tax us!!

Donated my van to Goodwill this morning. Larry bought a used Toyota and we paid cash for it. Have to get used to riding lower again after being up high in a van.
Did a lot of good with this van even though it was used. Had it for 8 years.
Hola,
Larry and I took down the old fence panels out front and bought new ones. We kept the short piece and replaced some of the worn slats from the 2 old panels.
Going to put out some plantings my neighbor Jean gave me and hope they take off. One is Anemone and the other is a hardy hibiscus. Don't know what color hibiscus it is.
Well, planted them. Just hope they take off.

I have been following current events in America and sending my e-mails to Congress regarding them, but I have noticed a very dangerous trend in American also, the "A" word, APATHY!!!
Lack of interest or regard, indifference.
Americans CANNOT afford to let this attitude pervade our society!! America will NEVER get back to what it needs to be if too many continue to be apathetic.
They don't get involved in politics, they don't vote on school issues, they don't want to even defend the rights that so many died to give us!
If Americans continue on this path, we will have an even worse leader in the White House!!
I truly hope they will listen to the radio, watch TV and wake up!!
America's future literally lies in the hands of its people!
