HOLA,
Off today and it is 69 and sunny with a breeze now and then.
Elita and I went for a 1 mile walk this morning. Country style ribs in the crockpot and I already cooked rice and beans in the microwave so they are on the trivet now.
Elita is at Stef's house, and they are going to make soft pretzels.
Larry is sleeping on and off. He goes back to work tomorrow. Hopefully a good day. He has an appt. with the doctor on Monday.
Going to take a nap and then watch the soap I am taping.
Have to put in 16 hours of PTO tomorrow so I get my full check after calling out Sat. and Sun.
Still looking for other jobs but nothing yet.

growing up in oklahoma you live with tornados.. i have so many memories of storm shelters..etc this storm was so powerful that it was even taking stoem shelters doors off.. one memory i have is 1974 i was preg with my second son mike... all of our area was devastated.. we were spared..then another in 1978.. it hit the house directly behind ours... now living in tx it is the same as okla.. i saw a interview with this woman telling her little one you will never have to go thru that agin..really? then you better move where there is no threat of tornados... i dont know why some areas get hit more than others.. i worried about my family yesterday 20 miles north of tulsa tornado on the ground... alot of my family lives there.. they were all in the storm shelter... so sad.. but they are all safe!
we are under a torando watch right now here, my family just called and chked on us.. i see a long summer ahead.. love ya1
